Start With Your "Letter of Intent, Invitation & Memorandum of Understanding"
Prado Group F.B.O. is a faith based organization focused on capital provision with member exclusive fiduciary management. We are leading an integrated spiritual socioeconomic development and transformational growth program that is directly implemented through our bona fide participant members' grass roots communities.

If you are seeking exclusive access to the private resources available only to Prado Group F.B.O. Members, then please begin your process by completing and executing your Letter of Intent, Invitation and Memorandum of Understanding with full responsibility of your covenant to perform pursuant to your declaration digitally submitted in written Affidavit.
Anticipated Timeline:

Submit Member Applicant & Prospective Project documents via online submission portal by clicking the button below.
(Anticipate at least 2-3 Working Days for Prado Group Receiving Team to Review.)

Upon review of the Member Applicant's project submission, a "Letter of Response" will be emailed to the Member Applicant with a formal invitation to dialogue with Prado Group's designated Project Manager for the purpose of formulating a duly agreed way forward that will be outlined in a formal Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") and going over Prado Group's Relationship and Royalty Sharing Covenant ("RRSC") all Members hold with Prado Group F.B.O.
(Documents will be prepared approximately 1 week from date of the formal dialogue .)

Parties will agree to formally execute the MoU and RRSC, then Member will remit their contribution in formal subscription. (Approximately 1 Week to Review / Modify and Execute.)

Formal contractual agreements for our "Professional Alliance" together are then prepared by professional legal counsel coordinating between Prado Group and/or its Assigns and the New Member to outline the project's formal agreements, distributions, venue, terms and conditions, etc.
(Project funding may be anticipated within 45-60 Days before Project Funding pursuant to duly agreed draw schedule.)
