Prado Group seeks to stimulate strategic thinking about the future by identifying key trends, the factors that drive them, where they seem to be headed, and how they might interact with each other. By defining these factors, we may be able to play a small role in the substantial endeavor to improve upon the social humanitarian development within newly emerging global sectors that are amiable to new infrastructural development.
An even more important message is that leaders' roles truly matter, no trends are immutable, and timely, well-informed intervention can decrease the likelihood and severity of negative developments increasing the likelihood of positive growth and development for underdeveloped regions.

Prado Group is a private Unincorporated Faith Based Organization ("F.B.O.") established to facilitate fiscal strategy and advancement throughout a concerned private member association of global outreach. Our focus is on the socioeconomic development funding requests where individual needs correspond with our abilities to facilitate. We are committed to providing Ecclesiastical & Fiduciary Counsel and Capital Raising services for Private Entities, Public Corporations, and Governmental Finance on a global scale.

Counsel is given to our members on a range of Facilitation Structures (Voluntary/Benefit or Debt/Equity/) to promote Large Project Facilitation, while deploying cross-border techniques allowing us to manage treasuries as a Non-Bank Financial Institution. As such, we offer alternative financing vehicles for project funding under a standard equity-based participation.

We may also chose to incorporate special purpose “Hybrid” debt vehicles to offset corporate liabilities including tax liabilities with a strategically managed sinking fund.

We aim to surpass the expectation of our members, and all consideration for project advancement is predicated upon proper compliance and due diligence, as well as compatibility determination within our range of offered services.
